Don't buy for a deep mattress
As always protect-a-bed products are high quality but I have a 14" mattress with a 2 inch latex topper and I called twice before ordering to make sure that the Queen 11-18" encasement would fit over both. I was assured that it would but to my disappointment it is so tight that it has completely killed the soft feel of my bed. Very disappointed both in the experience and the incorrect information I was given. This is a waste of over $200 for me since they will not accept a return. They should make a deeper size

They Don't Honor The Warranty
I purchased this product with a 10 year warranty. By year 7 the masters cover started to deteroriate . I entered a claim on the website as directed. They ignored the claim. I called the warranty area and they don't answer the voice mails. When I finally did reach someone they told me they'd mail it. Of course they never did. The warranty and the mattress cover isn't worth the hassle. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

Arrived defective and replace is defective after two months
One of two arrived defective (sewing mistake doesn't provide protect) and the replacement developed a defective zipper a couple months later. I purchased two over 5 years ago and had zero problems with those. It appears as if their quality has decreased significantly. However they still appear to still make the best protect on the market.

Love how it says bottom
Allergies Zip Smooth Mattress Protector or Box Spring Encasement for my Queen size bed. This protector has a nice smooth feeling to touch. Surprisingly not plastic feeling. I felt that there was no smell to this product either like some protectors have. I like how it's printed on this what is the bottom of the bed so there is no guessing. To put on this protector you are most definitely going to need another set of hands or two. I was not aware of this product before I received it in the mail to test it. I received this product complimentary but this review is all of my own perspective of this product.

Fit like a glove
The product itself is wonderful. Fit like a glove and was easy to put on the mattress (I didn't even have to put the mattress up against the wall as suggested which would be hard with a CA King size bed). The only issue was the fact that I paid almost $40 for 3 day shipping and I got an email 4 business days later saying my order was received and I'd be notified when it was shipped. I was expecting to have already received it! I sent an email asking for a partial refund of shipping fees and never received an answer or even an acknowledgement.

Love My Mattress
This encasement is one of the best technologies ever. I have so many times in the past with older mattresses spilled stuff. I was not able to remove the stains out the mattress so I would flip the mattress. After flipping the mattress so may times I couldn't flip it anymore. Lol... Do I would have to purchase a new mattress. Anyway now with the encasement I don't have to worry about that. I can just take it off and wash it. No more mattress flipping for me. It is so easy to wash. If you get a system down it's easy to put back on as well. There is no cushion so if you would like to place a cushion underneath there is enough room. Overall it's a great product for your mattress or box spring.
