NEVER AGAIN
Purchased this product along with a brand new Serta Mattress. After 5 months of owning the bed w/ protector on it all the time. We moved and took everything off the mattress to find MOLD growing all over the bottom of our brand new mattress. It is stated in the warranty for this product that if anything happens they will replace your mattress. Well apparently not. They have given us the run around between serta, mattressfirm, and themselves. No one wants to take responsibility for the defect. Im super disgusted at all fo their lack of customer service especially in such a hazardous health issue. If i clean the mold off of the mattress myself I will void the warranty on my mattress.....

Great Protection For Your Mattress!
This mattress protector works great! The elastic and the deep pockets make this perfect for today's thick mattresses. No more slipping off the mattress corners or fighting to stretch it around the mattress. I have it on a 10" mattress but it could go on one much thicker with no problem. I spilled water on it to test it for water resistance and none went through into the mattress. This is not a thick padded mattress protector but it does not feel or sound like plastic like some protectors. It is perfect for protecting your mattress from spills, dirt, or animals. It is hypoallergenic and temperature regulating. Very nice!

Wouldn't purchase this again
Inferior product and horrible customer service. Have been dealing with a claim now for one month. They sent me the cheapest one they carry to replace the leaky ones I had. And you HAVE to have a stain in order for them to even consider a cleaning of your mattress. I have a temperpedic mattress with urine and nothing has been done to rectify this. It is like a giant sponge that has urine on it and all they want to do it send new covers to cover my now urine soaked but not stained mattress. So what good is it to have a warranty for 10 years when all they want to is replace the cover? I spent over 4,000.00 on a mattress and now has urine and no cleaning no replacement. The whole reason I purchased this is because they supposedly were a reputable company that took great care of their customers.

Leaks
This product is not good for 10 years. Despite mine only being 4 years old it allowed my son's urine (toddler who wet the bed) leak onto my very expensive mattress. Despite following directions my warranty claim was denied because the defect was from laundering. The product was cared for exactly as directed by the manufacturer tag. Scam.

Don't waste your money!
I bought the Luxury model due to the claims of keeping you cool while you sleep. I wake up with wet sheets and wet pajamas from sweating. The only thing I changed on my new $2700 mattresswas this protector. Mattress King won't honor their 120-day sleep comfort warranty unless this protector is used. This was a total waste of money and makes for a miserable night's sleep!

Not the same product as before - poor quality.
It's very soft but after sleeping on it a few weeks the main area where I lay isn't smooth anymore. It's sort of rumpled up as if it's too large for the bed. It fits fine around the bed so it's clearly not too big. I don't understand why this has happened after only a few weeks of use. This was to replace one purchased about 9 years ago and the same issue happened with that one - however I used it for years before it happened. I'm not happy about it and wonder if they are making them much cheaper than before.

Horrible Mold
We have had our Tempurpedic mattress and protect-a-bed for less than a year. We have never used the mattress without the cover and have only ever laundered the cover according to the instructions. When we went to rotate our mattress, we found a huge mold spot between the mattress and box spring. I don't know if our mattress is salvageable.

Amazing Quality
This is a beautiful mattress cover. I fell in love with it before even opening the package. It's very well made. Normally the sides of mattress covers are very thin and sometimes rip. The sides of this cover are. very strong. It fit my mattress perfectly (queen), and is very comfortable to sleep on. Also, it's waterproof, but it doesn't have that plastic feel like some do. It also keeps my sheets cool while sleeping. I'm very happy with this product, and plan to purchase it again for the other beds in my home. It has the Good Housekeeping Seal of approval, and my seal of approval.
