Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pillow Protector I bought this pillow protector based on the reviews. My husband sweats and pillow has to be cleaned constantly because after awhile it starts to smell. Since he uses a memory foam pillow, it is hard to clean (you have to let it sit outside with baking powder to absorb the smell), so to avoid that I use 5 layers of pillow cases, including this pillow protector to keep the sweat from penetrating to the memory foam pillow. I've been using this for several months, and so far so good. Other people have complained that it's noisy but we don't have that problem, maybe because I have other covers on his pillow as well. Great purchase and I would highly recommend it.

I have tried contacting « customer service » by phone multiple times, i sent numerous emails but no answers. This pillow case was part of a multiple item order, i had questions about those items (exchanges) and no answer to any of my calls/emails. I purchased this item on march 3 rd 2020 and we are now may 3rd. I would not recommend, poor quality, but worst of all, non-existant customer service.

These are wonderful quality and keep pillows dry and cool. They wash and dry beautifully.I will eventually buy this product for two other beds in our home.
